1. General Provisions
Thank you for using eVisaFlow. Before you complete a subscription or OCR credit purchase, please read this Refund Policy carefully. This policy explains how we handle digital service access, OCR credit usage, cancellations, and refund reviews.
2. Digital Service Access and Cancellation
eVisaFlow provides digital services, including subscription access, product access, license checks, and OCR credit packs. These services may be activated immediately after purchase.
- Subscription cancellation stops future renewal charges, but the current billing period is generally not refundable once access has started.
- If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights, those rights apply unless a valid legal exception applies.
- Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
We may approve or review refund requests for duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, payment taken without access being delivered, material service faults that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, or any refund required by applicable law.
4. OCR Credit Packs and Usage
OCR credits are consumed only when an OCR request successfully returns extracted passport data. Failed recognition attempts do not consume OCR credits, although they may be subject to rate limits and abuse-prevention rules.
OCR credit packs are immediately delivered digital services. If no OCR credits from a pack have been used, you may request a refund review within 14 days of purchase. Once any OCR credit from a pack has been successfully used, the credit pack is generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, failed delivery, system faults, or where required by applicable law.
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment channel, typically 5–10 business days, subject to the actual arrival time determined by the payment institution.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or adjust this Refund Policy in accordance with laws and regulations. Policy changes will take effect after being posted on the website without separate individual notice.
