No. eVisaFlow is not a government website, visa authority, immigration agency, or official application portal. It helps you prepare and autofill supported official forms that you still review before submission.

Does eVisaFlow submit applications or guarantee approval?

No. eVisaFlow does not submit applications for you, make immigration decisions, or guarantee visa approval. You are responsible for reviewing the official form and destination requirements before submitting.

Can travel agencies use eVisaFlow for many passports?

Yes. eVisaFlow is built for repeated passport and traveler-detail entry. Agencies can save passport profiles, use OCR when available, and reuse details across supported official forms.

How does passport OCR work?

You can scan your passport MRZ (machine-readable zone) using the OCR feature. eVisaFlow reads the MRZ data and pre-fills your passport profile. Each scan uses one OCR credit.

What are OCR credits?

OCR credits are used for each passport scan. The free plan does not include OCR credits. You can purchase credit packs from the pricing page, and they work for both free and Pro accounts.

Is my passport data stored securely?

Passport profile data is stored locally in your browser. OCR scans are processed securely and are not retained after the scan is complete.

How do I cancel my subscription?
