Product and official sites
What eVisaFlow does, which official sites it supports, and what still happens on the official website.
Which official sites does eVisaFlow support?
eVisaFlow Southeast Asia includes modules for selected official eVisa and arrival-card websites in Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Dedicated product pages are currently available for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Indonesia; Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore modules are available through the Southeast Asia extension.
Is eVisaFlow a government service?
No. eVisaFlow is not a government website, visa authority, immigration agency, or official application portal. It is a browser extension for one-click filling of saved travel information on official eVisa and entry-registration websites.
Does eVisaFlow submit applications or guarantee approval?
No. eVisaFlow does not submit applications for you, make immigration decisions, or guarantee visa approval. Final review, payment, verification, and submission remain your responsibility on the official website.
Do I still need to use the official website?
Yes. You can run eVisaFlow on the official website to fill saved passport, trip, stay, and contact information with one click; final review, payment, verification, and submission still happen on the official website.
Does eVisaFlow complete the entire application automatically?
No. eVisaFlow helps fill supported passport, identity, travel, and contact fields, but you stay in control on the official website. You still need to review the form, handle uploads, CAPTCHA or verification steps, official payment, and final submission yourself.
Why do I not see the autofill button on an official page?
eVisaFlow only appears on supported official domains, paths, and form steps. If you are on a general information page, a login screen, an unsupported step, or a page that changed recently, the button may not appear. Refresh the page after installing or updating the extension, and email [email protected] if a supported form still is not detected.
What is the difference between eVisaFlow Southeast Asia and country products?
eVisaFlow Southeast Asia is the main bundle for supported Southeast Asia eVisa and arrival flows. Country products such as eVisaFlow Vietnam, eVisaFlow Cambodia, eVisaFlow Indonesia, and eVisaFlow Laos are focused entry points for travelers who only need that destination. A country product page does not mean the same workflow is missing from eVisaFlow Southeast Asia.
Does eVisaFlow include visa or government fees?
No. eVisaFlow fees cover Pro access and optional OCR credit packs only. Visa fees, arrival-card fees, government charges, final payment, and submission are handled on the official website.
What if an official website changes and autofill stops working?
Official websites can change without notice, and that may affect autofill. You can still complete the form manually on the official website. If autofill stops working, email [email protected] with the destination and page details so we can review and update support.
Can travel agencies use eVisaFlow for many passports?
Yes. eVisaFlow is built for repeated passport and traveler-detail entry. Agencies can save passport profiles, use OCR, and reuse details on official eVisa and arrival websites covered by eVisaFlow. Pro currently supports up to 100 saved passport profiles.
Which browser do I need to use eVisaFlow?
eVisaFlow is a Chrome extension. The supported path is the current desktop version of Google Chrome. Other Chromium browsers that can install Chrome Web Store extensions may work, but eVisaFlow is not designed for mobile browsers.
What should I do if a supported official site is not detected?
First check that you are on the supported official domain, that the eVisaFlow extension is enabled, and that you are signed in if the feature requires account access. Refresh the page after installing or updating the extension. If it still is not detected, email [email protected] with the destination, page URL, and what you expected to fill.
