eVisaFlow Terms of Service
Terms for using eVisaFlow products, accounts, subscriptions, OCR credits, and official-site autofill features.

01 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using eVisaFlow's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
02 2. Description of Services
eVisaFlow provides products for passport OCR and supported official form autofill, plus account access, subscription management, OCR credit access, blog articles, and support for travelers and travel agents.
03 3. User Accounts
Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your eVisaFlow account in Account Settings. Account deletion removes access to that account and deletes the user data associated with it. If you later sign in with the same Google account, eVisaFlow creates a new account. Previous orders, subscriptions, OCR credits, and product benefits are not carried over automatically.
04 4. Subscription Terms
Services billed on a subscription basis will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account cancels active subscriptions so future renewal charges stop. It does not automatically refund payments already made. Monthly Pro OCR scans reset each subscription billing cycle and unused scans do not roll over. Purchased OCR credits are one-time credits that do not expire unless revoked because of a refund, chargeback, failed delivery correction, or system correction.
05 5. Payment Terms
For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely through our configured payment provider and eVisaFlow does not store full card numbers.
06 6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) Use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) Reverse engineer or decompile the software; (c) Harass or interfere with other users; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
07 7. Intellectual Property
All eVisaFlow content, software, product names, interfaces, and functionality are owned by the eVisaFlow operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
08 8. Limitation of Liability
eVisaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
09 9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
10 10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our service or by email. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of eVisaFlow and the customer transaction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
