Latest release

Viewing and editing passport details now happen in one consistent window, with the passport image shown beside the form when available.

Passport management

Open a saved passport to compare its image and details, then edit it in the same window. Switching between view and edit keeps the layout stable, and canceling returns to the unchanged details.
The compact form provides searchable country choices and direct M/F selection; an invalid date order prevents saving.
Save is available only after a change. Closing unsaved edits or changing the passport number asks for confirmation, and searchable option lists stay above the action buttons.

Passport issuing details and trip-specific country fields are now saved more consistently, so official-site forms use the information you entered.

Passport details

Saved passport profiles now carry the issuing country and place of issue through passport management, import and export, Google Drive sync, and auto-fill.
When OCR or your correction provides these details, eVisaFlow keeps them; missing issuing details fall back to the existing nationality information.

Trip details

Thailand boarding and recently visited countries, Cambodia origin and destination countries, and Indonesia recently visited countries are saved with the current itinerary instead of being guessed from passport nationality.

Default itinerary names now follow your interface language, and passport and itinerary controls are more compact.

Interface

An itinerary that still uses its default name is shown in your current interface language, while names you entered yourself remain unchanged.
Passport and itinerary selectors, together with the selected-passport card, now use a more compact and consistent layout while retaining keyboard focus indicators.

Pro users can now save and switch between multiple itineraries without repeatedly replacing the details for another trip.

Multiple itineraries

Create, duplicate, rename, delete, and set the current itinerary for each available eVisaFlow workflow from a dedicated full-screen manager.
Switch itineraries directly in the side panel, or use the edit icon beside the selector to open the itinerary manager.
The Free experience remains unchanged, and Cambodia V-Pass continues without itinerary management.

Editing and layout

Changes made in the itinerary manager appear in the side panel, and an older draft is stopped before it can overwrite newer trip information.
The full-screen manager now matches side-panel date labels, searchable lists, unavailable choices, placeholders, and validation; passport controls also fit more neatly on one row.

Clearing passport data now explains exactly what will be removed, and several saved form details reload correctly.

Data cleanup

Without Google Drive connected, Clear all removes only passport data and photos stored on this device. With Drive connected, it removes the Drive copies first and then the local copies.
If Drive cleanup cannot finish, local data is kept and eVisaFlow asks you to try again instead of leaving a partial cleanup.

Saved details

Indonesia eVisa email and phone, Malaysia arrival departure country, and Singapore arrival other-accommodation details now remain saved and reload correctly.
Your selected interface language is applied before the side panel and passport manager appear, reducing a brief flash of English during startup.

Country and city choices are matched more carefully, and several country flows give you clearer control over review, declarations, and verification steps.

Form filling

Country and city searches on Thailand arrival, Cambodia arrival and V-Pass, and Malaysia arrival now require a unique exact match, reducing the chance of selecting the wrong option.
Thailand arrival date-of-birth entry is more reliable and can synchronize English, Chinese, or Korean on the official homepage; Laos eVisa can synchronize English or Chinese on its application page.
Cambodia eVisa adds an optional setting to fill or correct the passport issue date when the official site's OCR result is missing or incorrect.

Review and manual steps

Indonesia eVisa now gives clearer B1 upload guidance, can optionally close the official information message, and leaves passport and document review to the official Review & Submit page.
Thailand declarations remain manual. After a successful Malaysia arrival fill, the page moves to the CAPTCHA area; CAPTCHA handling, review, and final submission remain with you.

Passport management is now more complete: you can review details, delete in bulk, export selected profiles, preview passport photos, and correct OCR mistakes. The extension also asks for fewer permissions during installation.

What changed

Open a saved passport profile to review its details before using it.
Delete one passport profile, or select several profiles and delete them together.
Export only selected profiles, including CSV export for easier checking or record keeping.
Import checks for duplicate or conflicting passport numbers before applying changes, reducing the risk of overwriting saved profiles.
Edit saved passport details when OCR gets something wrong, including name, passport number, gender, birth date, nationality, place of birth, passport type, issue date, and expiry date.
Passport photos keep their real document ratio, and you can click a photo to preview it larger.
Google Drive and download permissions are requested only when you use those features, not during installation.

Google Drive sync is less likely to carry over stale data state after you switch Google accounts or sign in again.
If the folder used for passport photos loses permission, settings can tell you more accurately that it needs to be authorized again.
